What will it take for your home to “show well” in a competitive market? We will share our complete checklist to help you deep clean, declutter, and stage the home. If you need extra help, we have preferred partners we can connect you with. Next, we’ll schedule professional photos and a video walk-through. Together, we’ll finalize pricing and create the marketing strategy.

MAXIMUM EXPOSURE

We obsess over the right advertising and marketing that will generate potential buyers for your property. Our in-house Marketing Director will utilize both paid and organic marketing to reach potential buyers through social media, search engines, and the MLS system. Your home will pop, whether a consumer is browsing on Facebook, Instagram, Realtor.com, or many more sites.

When your home is listed, we’ll have a series of strategic signs and promotional marketing we place in your neighborhood to generate calls. We’ll host a mega open house to drive buyer demand, including promotion on various platforms. We’ll host an unforgettable open house for the public. Then, we’ll actively seek public feedback from showings to improve home presentation.

NEGOTIATION STRATEGIES

When the offers start rolling in, we’ll help you navigate the best options for your sale. We’ll vet offers for price, terms, quality of buyer, and your goals. Then, we’ll evaluate risks and leverage our proven strategies to put you in the best position as the seller. FINAL DETAILS

You’ll never be alone in the process. We’ll help you navigate the terms on inspection repairs, survey, and appraisal. Our team will help to confirm a clean title transfer and buyer’s financing, so we’re cleared to close on time. We’ll send reminders and walk you through canceling insurance, switching utilities, and scheduling your move.

Step 7

CLOSING DAY

We’ve made it together and now we’re ready for Closing Day! We’ll navigate through preparations for the final walk-through. We’ll remind you to bring your current ID, and help you walk through signing paperwork at the title company. Each step of closing, we’ll be there. And when it’s over? You’ll received a check or receipt of the wired proceeds.
